1
How do I choose the right course?
Tell us whether you need the score for study, a visa, work, or LanguageCert. We will point you to IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, NAATI CCL, or LanguageCert based on that requirement — not on which test sounds easier.
2
Is Hola Language Lab suitable for beginners?
Yes. Classes can start from your current English level. The plan still follows the exam you will sit, so beginners spend more weeks on language before full mocks.
3
Can I get guidance before enrolling?
Yes. Contact us with your goal, current level, and preferred exam. We will explain the class modes and what a typical week looks like before you pay.
4
Do I need to know which exam I want before joining?
No. If you are choosing between IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or LanguageCert, we can compare formats against the list your university or visa actually accepts.
5
What courses does Hola Language Lab offer?
IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, NAATI CCL, and LanguageCert preparation. Classes are available in Online, One-to-One, Batch, and Personalised modes.
6
Can I prepare for IELTS and PTE at the same time?
Usually no. Each test uses different tasks, timing, and scoring. It is clearer to finish one format, then switch if a second test is required.
7
Does Hola Language Lab offer NAATI CCL preparation?
Yes. NAATI CCL classes cover dialogue practice, topic vocabulary, and interpreting habits. Hola trains for the test; it does not book the NAATI exam.
8
Which course should I choose for Australian study or migration?
Use the English test named on your university offer or visa list. IELTS and PTE are both common; NAATI CCL is a separate interpreting test. Check the current official requirement before you enrol.
9
Are the classes live or self-paced?
Taught classes are live: Online, One-to-One, or Batch, with a trainer on the session. A separate Online Study Portal package is available for independent practice with materials.
10
Will I receive feedback on my performance?
Yes. Trainers comment on speaking and writing so you know which mistakes to fix before the next class.
11
Can I practise with mock tests?
Yes. Mock work is part of preparation so you see the timing and task types before exam day.
12
How much time should I spend preparing each day?
That depends on your starting level, target score, and exam date. Your trainer can suggest a weekly homework load after the first sessions.
13
What is the difference between IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL?
All three test English, but they use different tasks, delivery (paper, computer, or mixed), and score scales. Choose the test your institution or visa names.
14
Is PTE easier than IELTS?
Neither test is easier for everyone. PTE is fully computer-scored; IELTS Speaking is with an examiner. Pick the format that matches your strengths and the score you must submit.
15
How can I prepare for the NAATI CCL test?
Practise consecutive dialogues, build topic vocabulary, and train memory and note-taking. Hola classes include those drills; exam booking is done with NAATI, not with us.
16
When should I start preparing for my exam?
Start early enough to cover weak skills and sit mocks before the test date. Typical course lengths on this site are 6–14 weeks depending on the exam; confirm what fits your date when you enquire.
